How can I lose weight in my thighs without building up muscle?
Since about 6th grade i've hated my thighs.they were the 1st part that came around in my weight.i want to be able to go down in my pants sizes so i need to drop the fat in my thighs without building up muscle so i can have leaner legs.i walk long distances all the time and i take walks constantly as well as other exercises like kick box sparring with the boyfriend but i cant seem to drop the fatty layer around the muscle.i can definitely feel the muscle i've built with my walking but i cant get the fat to go from around it.any suggestions?
i used to run every morning from about 4:30 to 6 last summer and im sure im going to get back into that habit in the next week
im also hypoglycemic.is that a factor that could be affecting this?
