My work out, someone want to critique it?

I'm about 6'0 tall. And weight close to 150 pounds. My max bench is 175.

This is what my workout consists of:

4 sets of bench
4 sets of preacher curl bar bicept curs
3 sets of dumbell bicept curls
3 sets of hammer curs
2 sets of max dips
3 sets of 20 push ups

I do this every other day and workout my abs on the days I don't do this. I don't think my workout is that good because I'm never sore? Can anybody suggest what I can do to switch it up and feel and get better results.

If you never get sore then you need to increase your weights or your reps.
Instead of 20 push ups go for 30 or 40 at a time.
Your techniques might also be incorrect.
