While I like hitting muscles everytime I workout, the only thing thats ever really sore the next day is my chest, which is because I hit it twice during my routine. I'm worried that my back, shoulders, and arms arent getting enough. So, basically I want a routine that will make me feel like each body part is getting enough attention. It can be whatever routine type and preferably 3 or 4 days a week.
